Operator Training

Customized training – Where you want it – When you want it – How you want it

WWWS is the proud developer and owner of over 70 accredited, water, wastewater and safety courses. We have one-week Exam Preparation courses designed to help operators successfully sit their certification exams. These courses cover Level I to 4 in water and wastewater treatment, water distribution and wastewater collection. The remaining course offerings are all accredited for CEUs and run from one to three days.

Our courses are written by industry professionals and frequently updated.

Recognizing that it is not sustainable for many organizations to continually pay for WWWS to deliver course workshops to operators, our company now partners with organizations in different geographic locations. Our partners can now purchase and fully own our suite of courses for one low cost. WWWS assists our partner in developing their own instructors through a variety of Train the Trainer options. This option is the most economical and flexible for utilities for long-term sustainability.

What Client’s Say

Before the training, we couldn’t get one who can readily tell us that they can teach the modules.  But after the training, we got at least half of the 24 wrote that they are willing and have the confidence to teach most of the water treatment modules.  That’s a big success! During the closing program, some of them give their impressions.  All were praises to the course and especially to Mike.  Indeed, it was emotional and fun.  It was the first time that they had this kind of training and the first time that they were gathered for five days.  It was like a graduation ceremony). Very fulfilling!

Again thank you. It was more than I expected.
